Production Manager

1986
Since the spring of 1986 I have been working in the truss manufactoing industry. I started as a building helper and things grew from there.
1987
I started running my own crew's on the table. I was in charge of setting up and running a roll table for Mics Trusses.
1988
I became a swing sawyer and helping the larger component saw's.
1990 Crawford Truss
I started running my own saw division where I completed 130 homes to Japan. They were all rafter style.
1991
I completed my COR certificate for safety and became the safety co-ordinator.
I also picked up my JAZ approval ticket.
1998
I took over a much larger saw division at All Span and did the Safety co-ordination for 150 staff. I also looked after the inventory of 4 million dollars worth of various lengths and grades of lumber.
2001
I ran as a supervisor to builders and sawyer's for four more years at TechWood.
2005
I went to framing residential homes so I could learn the full scope of the industry.
2008
I took the position for production manager for Timber-Tech Floors.
