Thank
your for considering the 4x2 floor truss for
your next building project. The 4 x2 floor truss
is precision designed and manufactured to fit
your basement and main floor walls. This information
is obtained directly form your blueprint.
To assure the accurate building of our floor
truss package(s) and to eliminate on-site problems
we ask that the homeowner/contractor or site
supervisor review the layouts prior to production
of the floor truss.
Pay particular attention to the
following:
- The overall dimensions of the
exterior walls.
- Confirm interior bearing wall(s)
and beam(s) locations.
- Confirm stair location and size.
- Beam justifications (Flush/Dropped).
- Framing details specific to
your project.

Please
review the layout we send to you. If the information
is accurate please sign and return to your salesperson.
If you have any concerns or an error is detected
please contact your salesperson immediately.
We will revise your layouts as efficiently as
possible. Once the layouts have been signed
we can then proceed with production.
We need a minimum of 2 weeks
prior to requested delivery date to assure a
quality manufactured floor truss.
